2 of 3 isn't bad - foolish of me to have picked I-AA Indiana to cover. Today, the real bracket begins.
Michigan St -7.5 vs. Minnesota
The Spartans are the cream of the crop in the Big 10 and will be all business for this game. Their D will lock down Minnesota's permimeter players, while Kalen Lucas allows his speed to be the difference in this one.
Wisconsin -2 vs. Ohio State
These two teams are in stark contrast to one another, but in the rough and tumble Big 10, the Badger's style is king. Ohio State's defense is suspect, and Wisconsin's physical D will give Turner and company fits.
Michigan +2.5 vs. Illinois
The Wolverines got it done for me in a big way yesterday, so I'm riding Beline's squad one more day. If Michigan plays within itself and hits their shots they are tough to beat. Illinois is very good but has overacheived thus far. I'm calling for the upset.
Purdue -7 vs. Penn State
I'm not scared of this matchup for my Boilers. Penn State may have squeeked one out in Happy Valley, but with Kramer and Hummel in the lineup, the Nittany Lions won't be able to produce much on the offensive end. BTFU.
