Well we're back at you this week with some exciting games that will be taking place. It's the week of the home favorite (except the Packers who are +3 against Dallas), all home teams are favorites to win this week. Not sure what that tells us except that there should be a lot of covers as most teams play better at home.
Last week went 1-3 on my published picks but threw in a late bet on the Packers -3.5 vs. the Lions, since I got a text message from Tom Sunset guaranteeing the cover for the Packers.
Game 1: Philadelphia -3 vs. Pittsburgh
The Battle of the Keystone State is going to come down to the QB's, is Big Ben's shoulder really hurt and can they play better than they did last week against the Browns? Or did McNabb and Co. get a big boost of confidence going wire to wire with the Cowboys on Monday Night Football?
Game 2: Arizona +3 at Washington
Kurt Warner looks like the Kurt Warner of old, slinging the ball all over the field to two of the top receivers in the league. I'm still not convinced that the Zorn led Skins are any good, and unless Chris Cooley exposes himself before the game on his blog, than the Cards will win.
Game 3: San Diego -8.5 vs. Jersey/B
San Diego has been one blown call and a last second play from being 2-0, look for them to get back on track this week against Jersey/B and make this a boring Monday Night Football game.
Game 4: Carolina +3 at Minnesota
All I need to say is Minnesota starting QB Gus Frerotte.
The Ed Hochuli Tight Shirt Suicide Pool Picks
1. Buffalo Bills
2. New York Giants
You might wonder why I picked the Giants twice in a row? Two different sets of picks.
